8:01 a.m.:
investigation, Westfield High School, 177 Montgomery Road, investigated;
11:47 a.m.: larceny, Getty Mart, 278 Elm St., party reported leaving his wallet on the counter at Getty, when he returned for it a short time later, he discovered a man on a motorcycle claimed the wallet was his and took possession of it, victim obtained surveillance camera footage and knows the suspect, police spoke to suspect’s mother, suspect was advised to bring wallet to station;
1:02 p.m.: assault, White Oak School, 533 North Road, party reported being assaulted at this location;
3:09 p.m.: motor vehicle theft, Powdermill Village, services rendered;
3:16 p.m.: larceny, Montgomery Road, caller reported theft of prescription medications;
3:37 p.m.: vandalism motor vehicle, Water (Spray) Park, Hubbard Street, caller reported that while his son was using his vehicle, his son’s friend punched the vehicle causing significant damage;
4:10 p.m.: shoplifting, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, allegedly a white man in his 30s stole a vacuum cleaner valued at $399 and drove off in a vehicle with a license plate that showed the status of being stolen out of Palmer;
4:12 p.m.: accident, 419 Springdale Road, minor property damage;
4:13 p.m.: accident, Dunkin’ Donuts, Little River Road, 2013 Chevy and 2011 Ford, Ford towed, no injuries;
6:06 p.m.: alarm burglar, Sackville Avenue, secured building;
7:04 p.m.: suspicious, Dr. Stephen Striebel Optometrist, 37 Washington St., secured building.
