1:43 a.m.: disturbance, Mechanic Street, a caller reports noise from a college aged party nearby is keeping him awake, the responding officer reports the tenants were cooperative and dispersed about 20 guests;
9:17 a.m.: fraud, Sackett Road, a detective reports that pursuant to an investigation into a case of larceny from a dwelling he identified a female suspect who attempted to cash at a Springfield bank a check which had been among the property stolen in the city, the case was referred to Springfield police;
11:06 a.m.: suspicious person, Holyoke Road, a caller reports he saw a prowler in the area and believes he may be trying to break into houses, the responding officer reports the caller said that he saw someone with a flashlight outside his home in the middle of the night and when he went outside to investigate the suspect fled, the man said that in the morning he noticed tubs had been stacked under his neighbor’s bathroom window, the officer noted that a ‘Peeping Tom” has previously been reported in the area;
1:59 p.m.: larceny, East Silver Street, a caller from a supermarket reports baby formula has been stolen, the responding officer reports a store employee said that a review of security video showed a male party who has previously been served with a “No trespass” order for all the chain’s stores enter the store and steal baby formula, the caller said that the store will seek a criminal complaint;
6:24 p.m.: arrest, Dartmouth Street, a community policing officer reports he became aware of a person who was the suspect of an outstanding Florida warrant, the officer confirmed that Florida authorities were willing to extradite the suspect, the CP officer sought the suspect and found her at her home address, Erin K. Hall, 27, of 47 Dartmouth St., was arrested on the fugitive from justice warrant;
7:49 p.m.: violation of a protective order, North Elm Street, a resident came to the station to complain that a known party violated a harassment protection order, the responding officer reports the complainant said that she had been at Half Mile Falls Park with friends when she encountered suspect who began to verbally harass her, the complainant said that when she reminded the suspect of the order the juvenile girl said the didn’t care and also said that she will see her the day after the order expires, the officer reports the girl was found at her residence, the juvenile female was arrested for being delinquent by reason of violation of a harassment protection order;
7:53 p.m.: disturbance, Holland Avenue, a caller reports her neighbors are involved in a domestic disturbance, the responding officer requests an animal control officer be notified as the caller believes the male party has been beating the dog and there are feces in the apartment, an ACO responded and took custody of three unregistered puppies but left registered dogs in place;
9:10 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Broad Street, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop for an equipment violation, the officer reports the operator offered a Connecticut license but a routine check revealed the man’s license to be suspended in the Commonwealth, Russell C. Caudill, 24, of 2 Windpath W, West Springfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard but a pre-tow inventory revealed a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia, a city ordinance violation citation was issued;

9:23 a.m.: violation of a protective order, Scenic Road, a resident came to the station to complain that her estranged husband violated the ‘No contact’ clause of a protective order by sending her an annoying text message;
10:02 A.M.: identity fraud, Caitlin Way, a residence came to the station to complain of fraudulent use of his debit card, the responding officer reports the man said that he checked his account after he was advised of suspicious charges by a vendor, the man found that nine unauthorized transactions had removed nearly $2,000 from his account, the case was referred to the financial crimes unit of the Detective Bureau;
6:21 p.m.: arrest, East Main Street, an officer reports he learned that the subject of four outstanding warrants who was believed to have left the city has returned, the officer reports he sought the suspect at his home address and learned that he might be at a Main Street gym, Daniil A. Lisitsin, 25, of 28 Union St., was found at the gym and arrested on the warrants;
7:01 p.m.: harassment, Beveridge Boulevard, a caller reports threatening phone calls, the responding officer report the caller said that in the last few months his girlfriend’s mother, who is in her 70s, has sent about $5,000 in response to lottery offers she has received in the mail and since then she has been getting 10-15 phone calls daily from persons promoting scams, the caller said that some of the callers are threatening the elderly woman and scaring her, the man said that he called one of the numbers recorded on the phone and spoke with a Jamaican man who made wild threats to blow up the house and kill everybody, the man recorded the call and played it for the officer, the case was referred to the financial crimes unit of the Detective Bureau;
8:38 p.m.: unwanted guest, Church Street, a caller reports a male party who has previously been served with a ‘No trespassing’ order is at the residence, the officer reports the suspect said that he came to get some of his property but was not allowed entry, the caller said that the man started banging on the door and creating a disturbance, David Mitchell, 31, of 235 Elm St., was arrested for trespass.
