Friday, Oct. 9, 2015
9:13 a.m.: 
fraud, Russell Road resident came to station to report that her bank debit card was used several times, referred to the detective bureau for further investigation;
5:57 p.m.: well-being check, Main Street, caller, a visiting nurse, is requesting an officer to assist with a client who refused to come out of residence, officer requesting Fire Department assistance to make entry, officer cancelled that request and reports entry made into residence, officer requesting an ambulance to transport subject for medical evaluation;
7:39 p.m.: traffic violation, arrest, Main Street, caller reports a motor vehicle “is all over the roadway and being operated erratically, officer reports locating the vehicle and stopping the motorist, officer reports subject is in possession of narcotic, Thomas N. Gezotis, 35, of 122 Sandisfield Road, Sandisfield charged with possession of a class A narcotic;
9:52 p.m.: arrest, Westfield District Court, 224 Elm St., Desray B. King, taken into custody on a warrant.
Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015
12:15 p.m.:
breaking and entering, 287 Elm St., caller reports returning to his residence and finding that the door was pried open, caller states that a flat screen television was taken, officer reports information taken;
1:10 p.m.: disturbance, arrest, 342 Southwick Road, officer reports arresting a 17-year-old man on charges of disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $250, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer;
2:40 p.m.: breaking and entering, burglary, Harold Avenue, caller reports that a rear window of a neighboring residence is open and is requesting an officer to check residence, officer reports information taken;
4:47 p.m.: larceny, Court Street, citizen came to station to report finding a wallet at the corner of Washington and Court streets, officer reports information taken;
5:45 p.m.: suspicious activity, arrest, Grandmothers Garden, Smith Avenue, caller reports several youths appear to be “huffing” from an aerosol can, officer reports a 15-year-old male arrested for destruction of property, a trash barrel, parents of a other youths notified to go to that location to take custody of their sons.

11:39 a.m.:
vandalism, Dominos Pizza, 26 Main St., store manager reports front door was kicked and damaged during the night, manager reports security camera did record the incident, officer dispatched to view security video;
11:54 a.m.: shoplifting, arrest, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, store security reports detaining a man and is requesting assistance of an officer, officer reports subject was taken into custody, Antonio B. Bottone, 20, of 12 Gold St., charged with shoplifting by concealment;
4:57 p.m.: larceny, Sons of Erin club, 22 William St., caller reports just completing the Great River Bike event and was napping when two men took his IPhone off his chest, suspects left area in a Dodge Dakota, reporting party used an app to trace the location of his phone, caller reports Dodge Dakota is currently at 47 Broad St, the Security Manor apartments and the app also gives that as the location of his telephone, officer reports caller then reported phone was in area of 9 Pearl St. officer spoke with residents of that address who denied any knowledge of phone, incident remains under investigation.

9:52 a.m.:
breaking and entering, burglary, Colfax Street, caller reports someone broke into a building and that candy was stolen, officer requesting assistance of detective bureau, detective responding to scene, officer reports information taken;
2:27 p.m.: vandalism to a motor vehicle, George Street, caller reports that his vehicle was “keyed” by a resident of that area who told the reporting party not to park there.
