Friday, Sept. 30, 2016
12:15 p.m.: Accident, Maple Street and Morris Street. Police received a report of a two-car collision involving 1999 Ford Ranger and a 2015 Toyota Sienna. The two vehicles collided after one attempted to make a left turn and the other, traveling in the opposite lane, attempted to swerve and miss them. They collided nearly head-on. One driver was transported to Baystate Noble by Westfield Fire paramedics via ambulance.
6:23 p.m.: Accident, Little River Road and East Main Street. Police came across a minor two-car accident involving a 2002 Ford van and a 2009 Mercedez SE S. Police reported no injuries or tows needed for vehicles.
