1:40 a.m.: Vandalism, Meadow Street and Frederick Street. Police received a report of a group of youths who left a residence on Meadow Street and then allegedly kick a rearview mirror of a nearby vehicle. Police received a description of the suspects. Police did not report if any arrests occurred.

10:55 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident, East Mountain Road and North Road intersection. Police received a report of a car that possibly rolled over at the East Mountain Road and North Road intersection. Police arrived on scene and found that a vehicle had rolled onto its side and the driver, who was the only occupant, was already out of the vehicle. However, he was bleeding. Police reported that the vehicle’s tire came off and that caused the rollover. The driver was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital by Westfield Fire Department paramedics.

6:38 p.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, High Street and Court Street intersection. Police initially stopped a vehicle that was allegedly operated by Debra S. Fletcher, 53, of West Suffield, after finding that the car was unregistered. Police then found that the operator had a suspended license and had a warrant out for Fletcher’s arrest. Police later found unknown drugs on Fletcher. Police arrested Fletcher and charged her with possession of class B drug, subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle and an arrest on a warrant.

7:29 p.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, Union Street in the area of Springfield Road. Police stopped a vehicle after finding that the plates on the vehicle came back as stolen out of Enfield. Enfield Police confirmed that the plates were stolen, according to Westfield Police. Upon processing information on the occupants of the vehicle, it was found that Matthew D. Colon, 29, of Springfield, Angel Soto Rosario, 33,of Springfield and the operator Alberto E. Encarnacion, 25, of Springfield, all allegedly had warrants out for their arrests. Police arrested all three males for the warrants. In addition to the warrant charge, Encarnacion was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, subsequent offense, number plate violation to conceal ID and receiving stolen property under $250.
