8:12 a.m.: report of fire/smoke: 19 Sackett St., dual response, brush fire extinguished;
11:05 a.m.: forgery/counterfeiting, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, report of forged currency;
11:59 a.m.: assist motorist/citizen, Westfield Police Department, resident turned in a hand gun for destruction;
12:07 p.m.: accident, 139 Springdale Road at 198 Holyoke Road, patient refused treatment, one tow;
12:11 p.m.: larceny, Jerome Taylor Rental/Party Plus, 253 Union St., report of a stolen wallet allegedly by a co-worker;
12:33 p.m.: accident, Parent Child Development Center Headstart, 390 Southampton Road, two-vehicle crash between 2015 Toyota and 2012 Honda, which was towed from scene; one transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
2:36 p.m.: accident, 48 Court St., minor property damage;
5:32 p.m.: accident, Westfield Fuel Co., 10 Union Ave., patient refused treatment, no tows;
5:43 p.m.: officer wanted, Elm Street Mobil, 181 Elm St., resident reported a known suspect allegedly stole money from the victim;
6:14 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Meadow Street; resident reported his apartment was broken into, entry gained through a back window;
6:34 p.m.: well-being check, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, caller reported a man was sitting on a bench and falling over onto it, Joshua A. Neptune, 25, of 4 Dewey Ave., arrested on an outstanding warrant;
6:47 p.m.: accident, Renaissance Manor of Westfield, 37 Feeding Hills Road, two-vehicle collision, one transported to Baystate Noble, 2015 Honda and 2015 Ford towed from scene;
10:30 p.m.: disorderly conduct, 1 Maple St. at 31 Franklin St., Rey L. Augustine, 31, of 24 Bartlett St., Apt. 2nd, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on police officer and resisting arrest;
11:14 p.m.: college-related disturbance, 24 Orange St. at 30 Maple St., caller reported a fight between college students, which had stopped by time police arrived;
11:37 p.m.: college-related disturbance, College House, 34 Franklin St., Apt. 3rd, investigated;
11:46 p.m.: well-being check, Municipal Parking Lot, Thomas Street, caller reported a man who was intoxicated and falling down trying to enter a vehicle, Javier Burgos, 45, of 44 Meadow St., arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
