12:55 a.m.:
Friendly’s, 21 Southampton Road, employee reported her cell phone was stolen from her work place;
3:17 a.m.: fraud, Elm Street Mobil, 181 Elm St., employee suspects a customer paid with a counterfeit $50 bill;
4 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, 76 Liquor Store, 65 Southwick Road, Zachary A. Pietrantonio, 24, of 75 Dogwood Road, Plainville, Conn., arrested on charges of utter counterfeit note and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle;
10:24 a.m.: fraud, West Road, resident reported credit card fraud;
2:03 p.m.: report of fire/smoke, Cabot Road, dual response, brush fire extinguished;
3:04 p.m.: accident, Mr. Phipps, Inc., 113 N. Elm St., minor property damage;
3:24 p.m.: accident, T. J. Maxx, 191 E. Main St., minor property damage;
4:21 p.m.: officer wanted, Tekoa Terrace, resident reported neighbor is dumping water from swimming pool into their back yard and causing damage;
6:49 p.m.: well being check, Chapman Playground, St. Paul St., man apparently dove into Westfield River and injured his forehead and corner of eye on a rock, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
8:04 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Stony Hill Condominiums, 419 Southwick Road, caller reported that he is in charge of an estate sale at this location and it appears someone had broken in;
10:37 p.m.: college-related disturbance, College House, 42 Chapel St., ordinance violation issued;
11:17 p.m.: college-related disturbance, College House, 33 Orange St., Apt. 1st, investigated.
