10:48 a.m.:
accident Westfield Athenaeum, 6 Elm St., minor property damage;
11:01 a.m.: larceny, Elm Street Mobil, 181 Elm St., manager reported that camera caught Rudene Westbrook taking three stainless steel New England Patriots mugs on September 22 at 4:35 p.m., investigated;
11:04 a.m.: shoplifting, Staples, 273 E. Main St., caller reported a shoplifting of HP ink, caller stated two white women filled up two beach bags and left the store, they left in a Gray Nissan Titan pick-up truck with custom black rims and headed to West Springfield, West Springfield police notified;
12:08 p.m.: shoplifting, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, investigated;
1:15 p.m.: reported death, Shaker Road, caller reported that his neighbor found his mother deceased, appears to be natural causes;
2:50 p.m.: larceny, Scott’s Royal Crest Jewelers, 79 Main Street, owner reported a customer was captured on video stealing a ring on September 23;
4:02 p.m.: accident, Pilgrim Candle, 16 Union Ave., one vehicle towed, patient refused transport;
4:48 p.m.: downed line, 1 May St., investigated;
6:08 p.m.: shoplifting, Stop & Shop Supermarket, 57 Main St., Cedric L. Phillips, 68, of 15 Monroe St., Apt. #E, arrested on charges of shoplifting by asportation;
6:22 p.m.: forgery/counterfeiting, Pride, 234 E. Main St., investigated;
7:08 p.m.: accident, A+ Sunoco Station 88 S. Maple St., minor property damage;
7:38 p.m.: warrant service, West Road, Christian R. Lent, 37, of 656 West Road, was arrested on an outstanding warrant;
8:04 p.m.: assault, Municipal Parking lot, Thomas Street, investigated;
9:00 p.m.: noise complaint, 17 Holland Ave., Apt. 1Fl, investigated;
9:39 p.m.: medical emergency, Court Street Apartment Block, 69 Court St., caller reported that the color of the fluid in her son’s e-cigarettes is different and may be a drug, under investigation;
9:58 p.m.: disturbance, Hillside Road, peace restored;
10:50 p.m.: vandalism motor vehicle, Meadow Street, caller reported that when she was driving down Meadow Street somebody threw a beer bottle at her vehicle causing damage near the mirror.
