12:01 a.m.: disturbance, Cycle Street, a caller reports a large and loud college aged party, the responding officers report that while the gathering was being dispersed a male party who appeared to be younger than the legal drinking age was seen carrying a supply of beer, the officers report that the man was found to be of legal drinking age but was also found to be the subject of four outstanding warrants issued in 2016 and 2017 by Westfield District Court, Stefon Davis, 21, of an unknown address in Dundee, N.Y., was arrested on the warrants;
8:00 a.m.: disturbance, Cherry Street, a caller reports a man was assaulted by his neighbor, a second caller said that a different man had been spat upon by a neighbor, the responding officer reports that one man was pushed by another into a post of a porch resulting in facial lacerations, the injured man was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and the officer filed a criminal complaint against each party;
10:23 a.m.: animal complaint, Southwick Road, a caller reports taking custody of a stray light tan bulldog and pit bull dog mix, the responding animal control officer reports the dog was transported the municipal animal shelter;
2:30 p.m.: accident, Hillside Road at Sunnyside Road, a caller reports a two car crash with injuries, dual response dispatched, the responding officer reports three persons were injured, two ambulances were required to transport the victims to Baystate Noble Hospital;
2:44 p.m.: road rage, Park Square, a caller reports he is following a vehicle which cut him off at the rotary and said that the operator of the other vehicle then stopped and kicked his vehicle causing damage, the responding officer reports both vehicles were found and stopped on Southampton Road, a criminal complaint was filed;
9:08 p.m.: animal complaint, Lewis Street, a caller reports her neighbor’s pit bull dog attacked and injured her American Eskimo dog, the responding officer reports the smaller dog had an open wound but did not appear to be in distress, the incident was referred the animal control officer.
