12:12 p.m.: suspicious person, Servistar Industrial Way, a caller reports an unknown male party walking on company property appears to be agitated, the responding officer reports that the man was employed nearby and had been conducting an animated conversation on his cellphone, a routine check revealed the man to be subject of outstanding warrants issued in 2017 and 2018 by the Springfield and Lowell district courts, Justice C. McDonald, 23, of 85 Parker St., Apt. 2, Springfield, was arrested on the warrants;
12:34 p.m.: identity fraud, Dana Street, a resident came to the station to complain of misuse of his personal information, an incident report was filed;
4:53 p.m.: breaking and entering, Willows Apartments, 19 Lockhouse Road, a resident came to the station to report her vehicle was entered and property was stolen, the responding officer reports the victim said that she left her purse in her unlocked car and returned to find it gone, the officer reports that unsuccessful attempts were made to use the victim’s credit cards.
