10:42 a.m: larceny, King Place, a resident came to the station to report that checks were stolen from his check book and subsequently forged and cashed, the responding officer reports an investigation was initiated;
11:20 a.m.: city ordinance violation, Broad Street, an officer detailed to follow up on unpaid city ordinance violation citations reports an offender who has not paid fines for city ordinance violations citations issued for storage of unregistered vehicles on his property now owes the city nearly $20,000 and has not responded to a letter advising that a criminal complaint would result if the fines continue to be unpaid, a criminal complaint will be filed;
1:32 p.m.: larceny, East Mountain Road, an employee of an East Mountain Road care facility reports some prescription medications are unaccounted for, the responding officer reports a care giver said that she collected a prescription for a client at a pharmacy as she usually usually does but when she counted out the medications with the client some of the drugs were missing, an investigation was initiated;
7:31 p.m.: officer wanted, Maple Street, an officer requests a marked unit to assist with the arrest of a person in possession of heroin, the responding officer reports the suspect would not cooperate with the officer when they took him into custody, Jeffrey C. Cousineau, 57, of 5 Sackett St., Apt. A, was arrested for possession of a class A drug (a subsequent offense) and for resisting arrest.
