10:22 a.m.: arrest, Main Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a known person he believed to be the subject of an outstanding warrant, the warrant was confirmed, Patrick J. Ryan, 39, of no fixed address in Westfield, was arrested on the warrant issued by the Northampton District Court;
12:17 p.m.: larceny, Castle Hill Road, a resident came to the station to report fraudulent use of a checking account, the responding officer reports the case is under investigation;
4:39 p.m.: accident, Russell Road, an Environmental Police dispatcher reports an officer is at the scene of a roll-over accident with possible injuries and entrapment, the responding officer reports the lone occupant of the single vehicle involved in the crash was found conscious, alert and outside the vehicle, the office reports a utility pole was snapped, the operator was transported to Baystate Medical Center and the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard.
