1:59 a.m.: incapacitated person, North Elm Street at Union Street, a patrol officer reports he encountered a female vehicle operator passed out behind the wheel, the woman was found to be intoxicated, Erica F. Schomer, 27, of 40 Lower Westfield Road, Holyoke, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, the car was towed to the police impound yard;
1:25 p.m.: animal complaint, East Mountain Road, a caller reports a black dog is running loose in traffic, the responding animal control officer reports she took custody and the dog and transported her to the Westfield Animal Shelter;
2:38 p.m.: larceny, Klondike Avenue, a resident came to the station to complain that her prescription medication was stolen, the responding officer reports the woman said that many different persons are routinely in her home;
10:12 p.m.: suspicious person, Union Street, a patrol officer reports that he observed a male party urinating near the roadway without making any attempt to conceal his actions, the officer reports that when he advised the man to deal with his bodily needs in a less public place the man made an insulting and physically impossible suggestion to the officer.
