9:37 a.m.: city ordinance violation, Broad Street, an officer detailed to follow up on unpaid city ordinance violation citations reports an offender has not responded to a letter sent to him which offered him a last chance to pay the fine so a criminal complaint will be filed;
11:33 a.m.: animal complaint, Sackett Road, a detail officer reports a loose dog is following workers at a job site and creating a potential hazard, the responding animal control officer reports the brown and white Brittany spaniel could not be secured on its owner’s property and was transported to the municipal animal shelter.
