This is to the Westfield Police: With the rash of home and car break-ins, with all these young kids roaming around late at night when they’re not supposed to, it might be advisable that Westfield have a curfew for kids 16 and under. Start leveling a fine against the parents, because they don’t seem to know where their kids are. We have kids roaming around late at night in our area, and they’re probably between 12-14 years of age. Is there any possibility of doing this? Or, is there is a possibility of having more patrols in the area since you hired more people? If you’re having an issue in your specific neighborhood please call the Police Dept. and they will address it.
The last thing we need is a pavilion in Park Square. What are they going to do, eat up every little piece of green there is left? Enough is enough. That park is already full of whatever, end to end, side to side. The pavilion will be on the northern end of the park and when you visit the park you will see where the footings are already set for this addition.
