This is to the voters of Westfield, especially those in Ward 5. In Friday’s Westfield News the article about changing the term lengths of our mayor and council were discussed and Ward 5 councilor Paul was quoted as saying, “I represent Ward 5. I don’t know the will of Ward 5.” The article also went on to credit him for saying that he would like to get voter input on the matter and spend money to do so if necessary. Holy crap! You can’t make up this buffoonery!! Hey Mr. Paul…go door to door on your time to ask the people who voted you in what they think of the issue. The people voted you in and you don’t know what they want? Picture me now slapping my forehead with my hand in disbelief. Oh yes, and he went unchallenged last November. C’mon Westfield!!!
