I was in a store, looking to replace my phone, which had a problem.  A stranger stopped, we chatted, and I told him the problem. He suggested another place, which wasn’t as costly.  He also asked if I restarted it. I asked how. Simply unplug it and plug it back in.  Or call the company.  Maybe they can suggest what to try.  Well, kind sir, you were right.  Unplug it and plug it back in.  Many thanks.  My phone is working fine.  Again, thanks so much.
