Hi! I’d just l gotta vent a little bit here. I just went through two weeks of hell and I’m still in the middle of it, between doctors prescriptions and credit cards getting all goofed up, playing telephone tag, so on and so forth. Seems to me these people that do this might be a little overworked. They might be in too much of a hurry and have too much backlog on their voicemail. Maybe they deserve a little help. They say there’s underemployment in the country. Well, how about hiring more people so that telephone call that you left a message, can be answered? And when you call the credit card company, you talk to a person. Maybe that would solve a little of this problem. We never had this years ago. You called, you talked to a person, things got straightened out, and that was it. Not all these stupid recordings. So give these people a little help. I think they’re overworked. They’re doing a heck of a job but its time the uppers that sit at their desk at the top realize this. Thank you very much.

Regarding the post about the woman who stole money from City Hall
I believe the following facts to be true.
1. She had only worked there a few years so she would NOT be entitled to any retirement except what she had contributed. She would not be eligble for any Health care either.
2. Although not certain I do not believe that she has been being paid this entire time.
3. All court systems are even more dysfunctional than Congress. It often takes years for a case to be prosecuted & when found guilty rarely are they sentenced immediately. Why? Who knows but that is how it works.
4. The sentence & restitution she must pay was set by the FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM & they will be the ones to enforce it, NOT the City of WESTFIELD.
5. If you have issues with the process I suggest that you contact the proper authorities who have access to the FEDERAL authorities, not the City of WESTFIELD. They followed the proper procedures and it is the court systems that drag their feet & issues the ridiculously weak punishments.
6. Your Federal representatives are Sen. John Kerry , http://www.kerry.senate.gov/contact/ and Senate elect Elizabeth Warren, http.www.warren.senate.gov/contact
7. Good Luck
