I’d rather see the carts stacked at the roadway where the speed limit is 15 MPH versus finding two shopping carts against my automobile in the parking lot like I found upon leaving the store on Monday July 1, 2013 that put two creases in my rear quarter bumper. It’s just remarkable how lazy people are in not returning carts upon finishing. There are just too many me first, the heck with anybody else attitudes and I don’t appreciate the damage the vehicle due to your inconsiderate behavior.

Regarding the pit bull. The point is, if the dog did not surge, there would have been no accident. The owner should have control of their dog.

Southwick taxpayers: as I’m a taxpayer in the Town of Southwick as you are, I’m very concerned about the Water Commissioners excusing a portion or all of the $70,000 water bill that the Southwick Rec Center used. If they used a portion of it, they should be responsible for it. Mr. Whalley should be responsible for the rest as, evidently, he gave them permission to connect to the main water line, knowing that he was going to turn this park over to the Town of Southwick. The first article is: get them to pay their fair share. They just made over $40,000 parking vehicles at the Southwick motocross nationals. Oh – you didn’t know about that? Article 2: the next time we vote, we vote in new Water Commissioners.

I saw the comment from the caller about the carts at Home Depot. They complained that they weren’t being stored in a way that he liked so city hall ouoght to get involved and do something about it. This is private property. Home Depot controls this property. If the caller had a problem with the way the shopping carts were arranged on Home Depot’s private property, he should have talked to the manager. and if the manager doesn’t give him satisfaction, then he need to take his business elsewhere. Why in the world would you get city hall involved in something like this?
