Hey! The voters of Taxachusetts! Have you had enough yet? The Scum in the state house has stuck a knife in your back through a back door tax escaltion that is the result of them not having any spine to look at you straight in the eye and vote on a higher tax. Yes, they say it is only 3 percent increase in the gas tax! But what they didn’t tell you is when the cost of living goes up, so doesn’t the gas tax! What this translates to is: It’s going to cost an extra 30 t0 40 dollars a month to get to work and pay more to the Slime in the statehouse. The taxpayers in this state do represent the symbol of their party – You are all Jackasses!!! Of course our wonderful Mr Knapik should be labeled as one too! For he voted to fill the coffers at the taxpayers’ expense. Correct me if I’m wrong, wasn’t the gasoline tax originally originated to repair roads and bridges? They must think they’re kidding someone. They could care less how and if you get to work. All they have to do is fudge their phony mileage logs and they probably make more than about 50 percent of the taxpayers in this state. It’s time to celebrate a black flag holiday and vote every piece of scum in that statehouse out of a Job!!! – Frank from Westfield

Good morning! I was calling in reference to a recent transaction that took place in the city of Westfield on Ampad Road, #66. The signed amount was $3,350,000. I believe it was sold to a trucking firm. I’m very curious to find out what their assessed value is and what their billing is. I know I can get that available somewhere somehow within the city hall. I’m just wondering, you at The Westfield News, can you come up with the 2 items that I’m looking for? I really appreciate it. Have a nice one! The building at 66 Ampad Road was built in 1985 and is 105,408 square feet. It was bought by present owner, A. Duie Pyle, Inc., on July 21, 2013, for $3,350,000 but they have been occupying that location for years, so there is no significant change in tax revenue, since the assessed value is $3,646,400.
