The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls. 2. Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings. 3. All state military installations

Yes, I’m calling in regards to the Russell tax bills that just came out. Our new selectman Jason Boyer was going to do so much to lower our taxes. What’s happened? They’re not any lower. They may have stayed the same but they’re not any lower and he was going to come in there and he was going to work miracles. I’m waiting for a miracle. Thank you.

This is in response to Mr. Lee’s letter about he’s going to cancel his subscription because you had a cartoon depicting Senator Issa as a rat. That man must be very thin-skinned because I didn’t see any outrage when they had all these outrageous cartoons about President Obama. The thing for Senator Issa: he’s making blanket accusations against everyone. He’s making everyone sound guilty before he’s got any of the facts and he doesn’t have the facts and he’s calling them guilty. So I think the cartoon depicts him perfectly. Thank you very much.

Yes, I was reading the paper last week or a couple weeks ago about the police officer who arrested the 17-year old for throwing water balloons and in the PulseLine people were saying that officer was not doing his job. I feel that the officer was doing his job and more officers should be arresting these little juvenile delinquents, what they’re doing around town. More praise for that officer for doing his job!

Southwick news select man Mr. Joe Deedy: apparently you have joined the good ol’ boys club right away, first meeting. Congratulations, I guess. Won’t vote for you next time.

I thank you for the “songs my iPod can’t be without” column. I am a subscriber, music lover and musician. I think you are doing a great job overall. I’d welcome even more music articles including more concert reviews. Thank You!
