An update on an entry from yesterday’s PulseLine: Bell Electric is on site since yesterday to work on the lights and will be working all week.  The architectural drawing for the pavilion is close to being finished and bids for materials should be out soon, start date comes after that.

Hey smartmouth, your mouth wasn’t too smart today when you were supposed to meet me at the clock and didn’t. I have three words for you buck, buck, buck (sounds of a chicken). I even waited an extra hour in case you hadn’t tuned your clock ahead Sat PM! Then I read Friday’s paper – did you ever think that my nationalism might not be Irish so St Patrick’s Day wasn’t really on my list of things to do? How about Wed this week or maybe you’re Catholic and can’t come because is Ash Wednesday? You let me know what works best for you. Thank you. I think everyone agrees, we’ve had enough of this banter so this will be the last comment like this. Plus, Ash Wednesday was a month ago.

Good morning Westfield.  First of all, congratulations Bombers hockey team – you’re the best! Westfield has had a great hockey program for all these years.  It’s great to see it come out like that.  Congratulations boys! (This caller went on for more than two minutes to complain about a Westfield school teacher by name which we refused to print since it is a personal attack on this teacher.)

Southwick Superintendent: Sir, I invite you to walk out a look at the signs you got attached to the chain link fence which is surrounding the entire campus of the school system here in Southwick.  Says no dogs and no golfing.  Apparently there are quite a few people in Southwick that cannot read so I’m asking you to try to do something to enforce this.  Maybe you can ask your groundskeepers or police to keep an eye on it.  These people bring their dogs into this campus and do their business and then they turn around a walk away.  And our children are out there playing, stepping in it… this needs to come to an end.  I appreciate your help.  Thank you.
