I read in the Fri. newspaper that Brian Boldini is on the traffic commission “to represent the interests of residents”. I cannot find his phone number. If he represents all the residents of Westfield, should we not be able to contact him? Can Dan Moriarty, who wrote the story, pass this information along to all of the residents of Westfield?
[email protected] can be found at the city’s website, along with the email addresses of all Westfield traffic commissioners.

Dear Westfield News, Are the blue bags that our papers are delivered in biodegradable? If not, why not? I would pay more for it to be this. I recycle but some do not. Thank you and have a great day.

Good morning. I decided to visit our new park located on the north side near The Butcher Block and I’ll tell you, the park is beautiful. I counted one, two, three, four different fountains working perfectly alright. The I decided to look forward, right across the street, there was four giant guns facing the river. These guns were supposed to shoot water into the Westfield River and actually give you the finished look of water gushing into the area. Guns – actually shooting the water. They never worked. I never saw them work for one second. I think the responsible party is the contractor that did the job and either two things should happen: get your money back or have them come here before July 4 and have them give us a little bit of a celebration and show what it’s all about. But can I say one thing? I think the people of Westfield should make it a point to visit that park. Walk down by the water’s edge. It is beautiful. But still, there’s one thing missing – our cannons are not working. July 4 – that should be the day of celebration and joy.

Hey, 95 Court Street! You can cut your grass any time now. Maybe you can borrow the hay baler from one of the farmers. C’mon!
