I recently was driving by Jacks Brook that flows under City View Blvd. I noted men cutting trees near the brook, which is a violation of the Wetlands Protection Act!When they left they put up posted signs, stating that the land was posted against trespass! and it belonged to the City of Springfield! There is very little water in the brook for the little native trout! Is the City of Springfield poaching Jacks Brook’s water?
