Rawk Report: Summer Breeze Make Me Feel Fine…

I know it is only April, but the summer concert scene throughout New England is bristling with activity.  A number of outdoor venues have already announced the majority of their shows and continue to add more daily.  My guess is that by the end of this month the entire summer schedule for most of these places will be complete.  Also, if you are a fan of country music, then you are going to absolutely love this summer.

Tickets for most of these shows can be purchased on the following websites:  www.ticketmaster.com, www.livenation.com, www.tanglewood.com. I do have to comment that this is the first time in a long time that Tanglewood has added number of non-classical acts to their summer series…and it is great to see.

The Springfield Museums have added a new exhibit entitled: The Beatles! Backstage and Behind The Scenes.  This is a photographic journey that takes you from the very beginnings of Beatlemania and shows the cultural impact the band has made over the years.  The Beatles exhibit runs until June 2.  Also, a reminder that the museum still has the exhibit, Guitar: The Instrument that Rocked the World on display until April 21.
