Check out this event taking place in Hartford on Sunday called Downtown Rocks for Newtown. This is an all day event that spreads out over nine music venues with 50 bands taking part in it. Proceeds from all shows will be donated to help the families of Newtown CT. Some of the bands playing that day include, Max Creek, The Alternate Routes, Caravan of Thieves and Chicopee’s own Gone By Daylight. Tickets are $30 and available at www.ticketfly.com. Included in the ticket price is 10 percent off food at most places participating in the event. Keep checking back here each week for a full update on where your favorite artist might be showing up.
