WESTFIELD: Robert F. Leffingwell, 81, passed away November 9, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Westfield to the late Anson and Regina (Telepciak) Leffingwell and attended Springfield Schools. Robert was employed as a Laborer for Union 999 in Springfield from 1954-1961 and worked for Sweet Life Food warehouse as a selector and retired in 1994. He is survived by his children, Robert A. Leffingwell of Westfield and Victoria R. Leffingwell of Dunwoody, GA, his granddaughter, Brittany E. Scott-Smith and great granddaughter, Hallieah J. Dearborn. He was predeceased by his brother Richard and his sister Ruth. Robert’s funeral will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM in the Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad St. Westfield followed by Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 9:30-11 AM at the funeral home. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital, 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA 01104.
