Westfield-Robert J. Tomasini, 66, died Monday, July 16, 2018 at home. He was born in Westfield on August 31, 1951 to the late Thomas and Doris (Herbele) Tomasini. He was a lifelong resident, attended local schools and was a graduate of Westfield High School and attended Holyoke Community College. Bob was a Business Rep. for Columbia for many years and was the Bar Manager at the Italian Fraternal Club for over 20 years. He loved horse racing and owned several horses over the years and was an avid fan of the Three County Fair. He was a sports Card Collector and enjoyed playing Bocce.Bob was predeceased by his wife, Kathryn (Dooney) Tomasini. Bob leaves his son Cory Tomasini , his brother Thomas Tomasini (Bev), his sister Patricia Stephens (Richard) all of Westfield. He also leaves many nieces and nephews Justin Tomasini, Chelsea Mobrice (Nick), Ashley Lewis, Dan Stone (Amy), Rachelle Senior (Jay), Richard Stephens, (Kristen), Rachel Pitta (Scott), Katie Dooney, Tim Dooney, Patrick Dooney (Christine) Chris Dooney, Erin Dooney, James Dooney and close friends Steve and Nancy Darnell. He also leaves his beloved golden retriever Layla. A graveside service for Bob will be held on Monday, July 23rd at 11:00 am in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Westfield. Firtionadams.com
