Sarah Hoynoski-Curran

Sarah, 26 (1990-2016) died Monday June 27th, 2016 at home. Sarah was a strong, loving, caring and generous soul who will always be remembered for her strength, courage, witty humor and infectious laugh. She was a recent Graduate from Digrigoli School of Cosmetology and set to begin a hair dressing career. She was born on June 4th, 1990 in Holyoke to her loving mother, Lynn (Hoynoski) Curran. A devoted, kind, gentle man came into her life and took her as his own when she was 4 years old. Kevin Curran of Westfield officially became her father on July 5th, 2000. Sarah leaves behind 3 gorgeous children who will always love and cherish her. They were the light of her world. Her life. Her heart. Her everything. Hailey Teixeira, age 8, Luis Teixeira age 7 and Lacey Plucker age 2 all of Westfield. She also leaves 3 siblings, her loving brother Justin Curran and his wife Candice Curran from Westfield. Along with her niece Chloe Curran. Her loving little sister Jamie Curran and amazing little brother Andrew Curran, who both played an integral part in Sarah’s life offering support, love and assistance whenever and wherever they could.  Sarah loved them so deeply and always looked to protect and encourage them to never be afraid to be themselves. Sarah also left behind a very special and amazing grandmother, “Muma” Brenda Hoynoski, of Westfield. Muma was the light of her life behind her children and the bond they had was unbreakable. She was pre-deceased by her grandfather Wayne “Bumpa” Hoynoski. She also leaves behind her grandmother, Dorothy Curran of Westfield; her great grandmother; Anna Hoynoski of Westfield; her cherished uncles: David Hoynoski and his sons Cameron and Connor Hoynoski, all of Westfield; John Wheelden and his daughter Jessica Wheelden both of Westfield; her aunt, Tina Hoynoski and her son Airman, First class Alex Kareh, both of Westfield. She leaves her uncles Robert Curran, Mark Curran and Walter Curran all of Westfield and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Sarah will be deeply missed by everyone including her old friends and those she newly friended. She left behind a light of hope and positivity to those she came in contact with. Calling hours will be Tuesday July 5th, 2016 from 5pm-7pm at Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad Street, Westfield Mass 01085. The family will announce a “Celebration of Life” in honor of Sarah at a later date for family and friends.
