What people are forgetting is that the Mueller Investigation was brought about by “Dirty Hands”. This is a doctrine of law, mostly in civil cases, that you can’t bring about an accusation, and / or a case against someone if the accusation is brought about by breaking a law or laws. This also includes behavior such as bad faith, fraud, deceit, unconscionability, as well as illegality.
Yet it has been proven that the FISA warrants were brought about by paid / illegal, and false means. By serious violations (felonies) of the FISA court. (Four times!). Russian collusion accusations were fabricated with the intent to overthrow a Constitutionally elected President.
Yet the Mueller Investigation went on for approximately 2 years when, in fact, it had been initiated with “Dirty Hands”, that means illegally and on a false premise. It had no basis for existence in the first place.
All those who were prosecuted under the “Dirty Hands” Mueller investigation should be released from all charges, fully reimbursed for all expenses, given compensatory money for their treatment….and given a full apology. I am shocked that lawyers representing these people haven’t demanded it.
If I were their lawyer I would seek a precedent setting “Dirty Hands” defense and relief based upon the proven felonies, violations, and false conditions that brought about the Mueller Investigation in the first place.
