Elm Street Corridor:

The focus will be on water line connections on elm Street with sidewalk and curbing being installed on Franklin Street and Elm Street.
In the immediate work areas there will be no on street parking on Elm Street or Franklin Street.

The work on the Park itself continues at a good pace and the improvements are starting to be very noticeable as you drive by.
The water fountain has been on and the area is being graded to accept more grass and more trees.
