WESTFIELD – The City of Westfield announced their city-wide Bulk Pickup Program will take place from September 17 – October 12, 2018.
The Department of Public Works will pick up large disposable items at the curbside of your residence. Scheduling for this service can be done by calling 572-6226, extension 2.
There will be a limit of 3 items per household. Any large items requiring a sticker will still need one. A list of items requiring stickers can be found on the City of Westfield (cityofwestfield.org) website under the Health Department/Recycling Program & Twiss Street Transfer Station page.
Stickers may be purchased at either Big Y location in Westfield or at City Hall in the Licensing Department.
The bulk pickup scheduling should be done in coordination with regular trash collection routes. Items should be placed in an area separate from the trash barrels, as to not interfere with recycling and refuse collections.
