William C. Frothingham, 61, passed away on W
ednesday, August 23, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Hartford, CT to the late William and Gloria (Mercier) Frothingham. Bill honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a self-employed painter for many years, before becoming a local truck driver, from which he retired. Bill enjoyed camping, golfing, NASCAR, fishing trips with family and friends, vacations to Cape Cod and was an avid Red Sox fan. He was also a member of the Westfield/West Springfield Lodge of Elks. Bill is survived by his fiancé’ of 22 years, Carol Trudeau of Westfield, his brother, George Frothingham of Enfield, CT, his daughter, Dawn Fuentes of Hartford, CT, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday at 6PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, with a visiting hour to precede from 5-6PM in the funeral home.
