WESTFIELD – William C. Korzeniowski, 94 died Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at home. He was born in Chicopee, MA on August 6, 1925 to the late Bogdan and Aniela (Mroz) Korzeniowski. He was educated in the Chicopee school system and received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Western New England College. He worked for Wico Electric Company many years as a Tool Designer (supervisor) and Chief Tool Engineer at Easco and Hamilton Standard until retirement. William was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church in Westfield. He was U.S. Army Veteran of WW-2 and served with the Second Armored Division until he was honorably discharged in 1945. Bill was predeceased by his wife Emily (Wrubel) Korzenowski on September 20, 2009 and is missed by him to this very day.
He leaves his daughter Donna Sesti and her husband Gianpaolo of Westfield, his grandchildren Lauren Korzeniowski-Leavy and her wife Sarah Leavy and Emily Sesti, his brother John Korzeniowski of Virginia, his sister Mary Jollo and her husband Arthur of Oregon, sister in law Sandra Korneniowski of Southampton. He was pre-deceased his son Daniel in 2010 and his brothers Edward and Casimir Korzeniowski.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 18th at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street Westfield from 8-9:30 am followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 am in Holy Trinity Church, 330 Elm Street, Westfield.
