Edward A. Arnold, Jr., 50, of 2 Willow Dell Road, Wales, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending an Aug. 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, breaking and entering into a building at night time for a felony, two counts of intimidating a witness and resisting arrest, brought by the State Police of Russell. Jason A. Serafinski, 37, of 47 Clayton Road, Holyoke, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by the Westfield Police.
Eddie Camacho, 28, of 129 Elm St., Westfield, received a one-year suspended sentence to Aug. 17, 2017 and probation, after pleading guilty to one count of class B drug possession, brought by the Westfield Police.
Sharon Santiago, whose address was withheld, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by the Westfield Police.
Katherine Diaz, 46, of 361 Pucker St., Coventry, Conn., was released in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an Aug. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness, brought by the Southwick Police.
Luis M. Martinez-Seda, 22, was released in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and assault with a deadly weapon, brought by the Westfield Police. This was originally reported in The Westfield News on July 2.
Jefferson Martinez-Seda, 21, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 28 hearing after being arraigned on charnges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, brought by the Westfield Police. This is related to the above case with the same surname.
