WESTFIELD – On Saturday, July 15th, Janet Larese will support the men and women of the Armed Forces by participating in the 8th annual Run to Home Base presented by New Balance.
The event raises funds for Home Base, a partnership of the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital. Home Base is dedicated to healing the Invisible Wounds for Post 9/11 Veterans, Service Members and their Families through world class clinical care, wellness, education and research.
Larese is running in honor of her husband, Gary, a Vietnam Veteran who will be “welcomed home” at Fenway Park in recognition of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam war.
