Adam T. Grabowiec, 29, of 71 Beverly Drive, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Corinna Avery, 41, of 64 Terimars St., Chicopee, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.

Freddy A. Pietter, 26, of 119 Johnson St., Springfield saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Ronald P. Gelinas, 59, of 99 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Christina M. Hall, 33, of 4 Maple St., Huntington, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50. She was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Michael T. Skroczky, 21, of 30 Buschmann Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of making obscene telephone calls, vandalizing property, larceny of property valued less than $250 and two charges of threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police
