Jonathan D. Zuber, 24, 86 Falley Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Sheen M. Benoit, 23, of 47 Taylor Ave., was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending an Oct. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of threatening to commit a crime and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Corey L. Brantley, 38, of 190 Essex St., Indian Orchard, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges brought by Westfield State University police of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop or yield and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself.
Darren J. O’Neil Jr., 20, of 127 King St., Hanover, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of alcohol brought by Westfield police.
Charles P. Campbell, 49, of 4034 Mountain Road, West Suffield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Jenna M. Hathaway, 25, of 71 Beverly Drive, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the victim when he asserted his marital privilege and refused to testify.
David R. Clark, 25, of 312 Granville Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle after the revocation of his license brought by Southwick police and was fined $625. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Chendru Johnson, 19, of 1221 East 51st St., Brooklyn, N.Y., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and conspiracy brought by Southwick police.
Kevin A. Sheehan, 44, of 810 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Amy V. Sfakios, 53, of 236 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment.
