Sheila T. Buchanon, 36, of 20 Wallace St., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on charges of making annoying telephone calls and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Rebecca Stephens, 31, of 121 N. Main St., Belchertown, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Stephen Ramos, 21, of 39 Fowler Ave., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation and speeding.
Amie L. Flagg, 25, of 1 Crystal Drive, Southwick, was found to have violated probation imposed in February, 2012, after she pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to six months in the house of correction with credit for time served. She was also found to have violated probation imposed at the same time for a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 and a concurrent six month sentence was imposed.
Jessica Burgos, 40, of 34 Claremont St., saw charges of shoplifting by asportation and conspiracy not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Jami L. Harrington, 22, of 105 Whitaker Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 6 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Samuel G. Wood, 19, of 13 Laurel Ave., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50, ordered to perform 30 hours of community service, ordered to complete an anger management program and enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim.
Joel Garcia-Teran, a.k.a. Filemon Martinez Garcia, 39, of 307 Chestnut St., Springfield, was found to be guilty of charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself. He was found to be responsible for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
David P. Nagle, 35, of 25 Old Farm Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and not responsible for a marked lanes violation. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Matthew J. Ringenbach, 29, of 45 Otis St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Dec. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class C drug and two charges of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Dawn M. Martin, 39, of 14 Oak St., Southwick, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and was ordered to comply with all protective orders when she was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
