12:12 a.m.: suspicious person, East Main Street, a caller reports a male party is stumbling in the roadway, the responding officer reports the man was found to be highly intoxicated and nobody was found to care for him, the man was placed in protective custody;
8:27 a.m.: parking complaint, officers and other city employees report parked vehicles are impeding snow removal efforts on Hawks Circle, Pineridge Drive, Hassler Street and Lindbergh Boulevard;
9:54 a.m.: assist citizen, Taylor Avenue a caller reports she is locked out of her running vehicle, the responding firefighters report entry was gained;
10:36 a.m.: assist citizen, East Main Street, a caller reports his three-month-old son is locked inside his vehicle, the responding firefighters report entry was gained;
2:42 p.m.: animal complaint, Gifford Avenue, a caller reports that an injured coyote which was sighted but not found the day before is now in her garage, the responding officer reports the animal was severely injured and he dispatched it, the animal control staff was notified;
3:16 p.m.: traffic complaints, officers report that motorists left the roadway and became stuck on Holyoke Road and Dartmouth Street;
5:05 p.m.; disturbance, Lawton Avenue, a caller reports a neighbor was blowing snow into his yard which sparked an argument which devolved into a pushing match, the responding officer reports that there is a pre-existing enmity between the neighbors who already have an issue in the courts, both were advised to stay away from one another;
7:27 p.m.: assist citizen, Main Street, a caller reports her two-year-old son is locked inside her vehicle, the responding firefighters report entry was gained;
9:37 p.m.: assault, East Main Street, a caller reports he was assaulted by three men, the responding officer reports the victim said that he was walking to work through an East Main Street parking lot when a vehicle stopped and three men emerged who assaulted him breaking his glasses and stealing his phone, the victim said that he had never seen the men before an knows of nobody who harbors animosity toward him.
