Anthony Dejesus, 31, of 70 Harrison Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Andrew J. Arbour, 22, of 9 Plant St., Hudson, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 17 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Kevin J. Zyrkowski, 21, of 6 Windsor Drive, Hingham, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age brought by Westfield police.
William H. Holden Jr., 25, of 178 Berkshire Place, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a state highway sign violation brought by Westfield police.
David W. Berry Jr., 32, of 69 Will Palmer Road, Southwick, saw a charge of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Agawam police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Jonathan Dalvalle, 21, of 74 Front St., Chicopee, saw a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jorge Vellon-Rivas, 38, of 161 Bailey St., Lawrence, was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought as separate cases by Westfield police and was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 25 hearing.
Richard R. Lind, 43, of 1 Belden Court, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 25 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and a charge of conspiracy brought by Westfield police.
