STONEHAM – Cathedral High School silenced Matignon 6-0 in a girls’ high school hockey game Saturday.
It was a truly balanced effort as six different players scored for Cathedral – Molly McKeown, Brenna Hoar, Kateyln Joyal, Brittany Kowsalski, Mackenzie Pelletier, and Madison Pelletier.
Joyal also had two assists. Madison Pelletier, Mackenzie Pelletier, Annie DaMario, and Tess Bonavita each had one.
Cathedral goalie Lexi Levere finished with eight saves and her second shutout of the season.
The Panthers are made up of players from the Westfield, Longmeadow, and Springfield area.
