Arkadiusz T. Strycharz, 27, of 25 Collins St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Joseph A. Jasmin, 36, of 20 Beckwith Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Agatha M. Perez, 25, of 9C Myrtle Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 13 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Agawam police.
Jared Roselli, 29, of 26 Otis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Edwin Martinez, 34, of 58 Pearl St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $645, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.

Sheen M. Benoit, 24, of 47 Taylor Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police. However, Judge Rita Koenigs allowed motions by the Commonwealth to revoke bail imposed in two open assault and battery cases and he was held without right to bail in those cases.
Shawn M. Buffum, 38, of 83 Main St., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person 20 years-of-age or older and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $217.45.
