PORT CHARLOTTE, FL – Christopher Billings, 36, died Thursday, October 18, 2012 in Florida. He was born in Holyoke on July 14, 1976. He grew up in Westfield attended local schools and was a 1995 graduate of Westfield Vocational Technical High School.
Christopher worked at Don’s Auto Body, Sarat Ford and Fathers and Sons auto body shops. He moved to Florida 5 years ago. He worked for Charlotte County Waste Water Treatment Plant while living in Florida.
He leaves his wife, Elizabeth Billings; his children, Zachary Bolio and Kasadi Billings all of FL; his parents, Gail and Charles Blake of Westfield and Michael Billings and Debra Kosko of Bristol, CT; his sisters, Kimberly Labombard and Eric, Ashley Blake and Tara Blake all of Westfield; a step-brother James Kosko. He also leaves his paternal grandparents Donald and Mildred Billings of Westfield and Mary Ellen Woodell and the late Peter Woodell of Granville; his maternal grandparents, Barbara and Dennis Fagin and the late Francis Marsh Sr. and many aunt’s uncles and cousins.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 27th at 10:30 a.m. at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Saturday morning at the funeral home. A memorial luncheon will follow at the Southwick American Legion Post #338, 46 Powder Mill Road.
