WESTFIELD – Christopher J. Halloran, 66, (1959-2025) passed away on Friday, May 2nd, 2025, at home. He was born in Springfield to the late James and Janet (Taylor) Halloran.
Chris worked as a dock worker and truck driver for many years at various companies in the area. He enjoyed watching sports, especially rooting for the New York Giants, Boston Bruins and the Boston Red Sox.
Chris was predeceased by a brother Kevin Halloran in 2017 and is survived by his wife Lisa (Robinson) Halloran, two brothers Michael Halloran (Jan), Timothy Halloran (Nancy), and a sister, Maureen Halloran, all of Westfield; his nieces, Cara Paquette (Michael), Kelsey Croft (Jonathan), Sara Halloran (Michael) and Melissa Maxey (Timothy); his nephews, Kyle Halloran (Jesse) and Philip Johnson along with his brother-in-law James Robinson (Caryn) and their daughter, Dr. Theresa Robinson (Shane).
Chris’ family would like to thank the staff at Beacon Hospice and his good friend, Jeff Pazik, for the care, love and support given to Chris and his family.
His funeral will be held on Friday, May 9th, 2025, at 9 a.m. from the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett Street, Westfield. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
