Derek W. Webb, 25, of 868 Southampton Road, Westfield, was held in lieu of two bail amounts, one for $2,000 cash bail or $20,000 personal surety, and one for $500 cash bail or $5,000 personal surety, pending a May 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of use of motor vehicle without authority, possession to distribute class A drug, distribute class A drug, distribute class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law, with these listed charges the $2,000 cash bail or $20,000 personal surety was applied. Kayla R. Bolio, 24, of 96 Mechanic St., Westfield, was held in lieu of $200 cash bail or $2,000 personal surety pending a May 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of use of motor vehicle with authority, two counts possession of class B drug, possession to distribute class A drug, distribute class A drug, distribute class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute class B drug, brought by Westfield Police.
