Elisa Acevedo, 31, 74 Notre Dame St., saw a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield Police not prosecuted.
Stephen Hyde Jr., 25, of 157 Middle Road, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Amanda Giroux, 24, of 707 Carew St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Cory J. French, 31, of 36 Longwood Ave., Holyoke, saw charges of breaking and entering in the daytime while putting a person in fear, intimidation of a witness and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the named victim when she asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Gina I. Arciprete, 19, of 231 Claflin St., Belmont, saw a charge of trespass brought by Westfield State University police not prosecuted.
Jeremy M. Lanoue, 31, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
