Nicholas J. Broden, 22, of 44 River St., Agawam, saw a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Anne M. Morin, 39, of 13 Memorial Drive, Milbury, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted.
