Adam Baldassarre, 23, of 1181 Russell Road, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50. A charge of assault and battery was dismissed at the request of the victim.
Jorge Rojas, 36, of 60 West St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Zachary Mullaney, 18, of 23 Andrews Road, Milton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Andreina Urena, 20, of 151 Weare St., Lawrence, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police.
Jason Bouck, 20, of 525 S. Main St., Mansfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Alexander Moravec, 26,of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Adam J. Salsbury, 33, of 4209 High St., Thorndike, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Chelsea Walker, 28, of 128 Drexel St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Jeanluc Dejesus, 18, of 37 Parker Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of resisting arrest, failure to stop for police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300. He was found to be responsible for two charges of failure to stop or yield and was assessed $200. A charge of operating under the influence of liquor was scheduled for a bench trial July 25.
John M. Stone, 22, of 26 Taylor Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $25. A charge of assault and battery was dismissed at the request of the victim.
Stephanie A. Forrette, 25, of 128 Drexel St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.

Kimberly A. Enriquez, 42, of 38 Hampden St., pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification. She was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction, with credit for time served, and three concurrent 10 day terms. In addition, Enriquez was found to have violated probation imposed in three previous cases brought by Westfield police involving suspended operation and was sentenced to three additional 10 day concurrent terms.
Juan Torres, 30, of 82 South Maple Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Abimael Benitez, 37, of 44 Franklin St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Andrey A. Shlykov, 45, of 59 Pochassic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Agawam police.
Kyle Toee, 28, of 112 Main St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by State Police.
Timothy W. Bienvenue, 35, of 4 Meadow Lane, Southwick, saw a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police not prosecuted by the Commonwealth.
Jeremy Bradley, 25, of 259 Valley View Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with non-compliant after-market lighting brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Bradley was also released on his personal recognizance pending a hearing on the same day after he was arraigned on a second charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Albert M. Maimone, 34, of 29 Orange St., saw a municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Mark E. Salvini, 24, of 11 Rocky Brook Drive, Huntington, was place on pretrial probation for six months and assessed $90 after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
