Michael A. Scott, 22, of 117 Pitcher St., Montgomery, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards.
Jacob A. Lishness, 30, of 16 Shaggbark Drive, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was fined $200 and assessed $50. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed. He was found to be not responsible for charges of failure to wear a seat belt, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Angela L. Lyttle, 24, of 9 Sackett St., saw charges of distribution of a Class D drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police dismissed due to misconduct at the Amherst crime lab.
Jasmine J. Kaempfer, 23, of 6 Thomas St., Huntington, pleaded guilty to charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and assault and battery brought as separate cases by Westfield police. In each case, she was sentenced to time served while awaiting trial.
Harold F. MacDonald Jr., 50, of 1418 Blandford Road, Russell, saw two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and charges of assault, throwing or placing an explosive and arson of a dwelling house dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in Superior Court.
Dave Gullett III, 45, of 36 Reservoir Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.

Aleksandr Yurovskih, 23, of 35 Shepard St., was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Jereme E. Capatanio, 31, of 565 Meadow St., South Lee, was sentenced to four two year terms and a one year term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed previously. In each case, Capitanio was ordered to serve one year direct with the balance suspended with probation for two years and he was ordered to pay restitution of $2,500.
A hearing relative to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police against Ryan M. Habinger, 30, of 45 Lois St., Lee, and a violation of probation hearing were continued at the request of the defendant.
Savier R. Cosme, 20, of 41 Orange St., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Jose L. Cosme, 22, of 41 Orange St., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Manuel Merced, 42, of 413 Pleasant St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Brian Maraglia, 28, of 95 Maple St., Ware, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny from a building and charges of breaking into a depository and conspiracy brought by Westfield police.
Ericka L. Mulvenna, 27, of 200 Southwick Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200. She was found to be responsible for a number plate violation.
McKinley Quarles, 20, of 73 Silver St., Springfield, was arraigned, in separate cases brought by Westfield police, on two charges of violation of an abuse prevention order. In each case, he was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a May 8 hearing.
